The given flow-chart illustrate the process of manufacturing smoked fish.
As given in flow chart, initial step is to harvest the fish from pond or river by using equipment like fishing net and then loaded onto the boat. Subsequently, the fish transfer to the port and performed further process. The fishes are kept in freeze box which than thaw followed by collecting in fresh water to perform cut open. This is done to clean unnecessary and waste part of the fish which then kept on the salt water until it change into yellow colour. Moreover, fish are smoked and packed in appropriate packaging box.
The last three steps are done for distribution in which the packed box are store in cold store having 0 degree temperature at last the box containing smoked fish distributed to the fish shop via different source of transport for example bus.
Overall, the process of making smoked fish is complex containing 11 steps fir the consumption.
