Overall, it is clear from the illustration that, making smoked fish involves seven main stages. Interestingly, during the whole process keeping fish in freeze is by far the most important.
To begin the process, fish is caught by the help of nets. Then, transporting fish to Port by ship and putting them in freeze in the sake of they do not go bad. Next, frozen fish is threw on fresh water, and after a while, putting them on salt water which resembles the color of water is yellow. After that, fish is sent to special smoke room for making smoke them thoroughly.
After completing the smoking process, fish is packaged and is sent to freeze. Fish needs cold atmosphere, so that fish is kept in cold store in order to keeping fresher taste. Finally, fish is loaded on truck and transporting them to fish shop. Consequently, fish shop can sell them freely and people can buy them easily.
