The process illustrates cooking smoked fish and all the stages that lie ahead before sale.
There are thirteen stages of smoked fish. Starting with catching the fish from the sea and ending with selling it in Fish shop. In addition we also have 3 great steps that include: catching fish(3 steps), production(5steps), storage and distribution(5 steps).
First of all, fish caught by fishing nets from the sea. After this the catch transported in the boat, which carry fish to the sea port.
Following stage is freezing, fish frozen in a special container or refrigeration chamber. Later fish are pulled out to case with fresh water to thaw it. Pulling out fish it needs to be cut from unnecessary parts. Subsequently it lies in salt water with yellow coloring pack. And the final stage production ends in grill. Fish cooking in grill until it gets smoked effect.
Storage and distribution part starts with packing ready- prepared fish onto the box, and then it frozen again at a 0 degree temperature. Later on fish moves to cold store. After end of all preparations it distributes and sold in fish shop.
