The diagram depicts a flowchart of the smoker fish process.
Overall, it is evident that , there are thirteen stages in the process, starting with collecting fish in a net and ending at selling fish in fish shop.
Initially, fish are caught from the river with special equipment like net. After catching fish, it is put in a boat to keep in port so that it can be washed clearly. In the next stage, fish are insert in freezer box to make fish freeze and washed with fresh water again. In the following stage, fish are cut with a vast knife and it is divided into two parts. Then cut fish are settled in salt water for coloring yellow.
Furthermore, color of fish become yellow then it is set in smoke. After this stage, a box is brought so that fish can be invested in it . In the following stage , fish are freeze at 0 degree celcius and kept in cold store from avoiding to rotten. Ultimately, fish are transported in a truck and box are distributed in fish shops for selling.
