After the stage of steaming in the oven the ingredients go through the workers, who used to remove skins and bones, then it is essential to inspect the fish. Previous preparation of peas and sauce leads to the step of combining the ingredients in layer by layer way, then the ready dishes are wrapped and moved to the freeze station. In the final stage the products are transported to the store or dispatch.
