Focusing on the preparation of potatoes, the initial stages of producing fish pie start when potatoes are delivered to the factory. Before being peeled, potatoes have to undergo cleaning. Then, they are sliced, and after being cut, they are boiled and fried. Finally, products are stored in bags.
Regarding the preparation of fresh salmon, the process starts with salmon being delivered to the conveyor belt, where it is marinated with lemon juice and salt. Then, it is sent to a steam oven. After being baked, the skin and bones are removed by workers, and it is inspected by other workers. Prepared peas and sauce are added to the end product. In the final stages, both end-products are wrapped together and frozen, so that they can be stored and dispatched.
