The process illustrates the manufacture of processed fish meat.
Overall, the production of fish pies is a combination of two processes. In one process, patatoes are sliced, and the second process is the salmon process. Both are engaged at one point and end with dispatch to stores.
According to the picture, the first patatoes and fish salmon delivered by trucks. Then, sprayer clean the patatoes on conveyor belt and remove the peels. While, on the other belt lemon juice drops on salmon by rotary motor. After that, salt spread on salmon and going to the oven for steaming. In further process, some professional worker remove skins and bones. In contrast, by using knife sliceing the patatoes and then boil in hoy water after sometime take out in bowl for chill.
While, on meat section one member inspect the meat and prepared peas and souce in two different bowl. That time, patato slice are important from store to manufacture plant and collected in one bowl. And then, one worker make fish pies by using salmon and patatoes slice and wrap properly. Continuosly, wrap boxes are going to the fridge for freezing. In the last stage, take out on the fridge and then dispatch to the store.
