The diagrams show the production of fish pies.
Overall, the process consists of eighteen distinct stages, which can be divided into three sets: preparing potatoes, salmon, and combining the two ingredients into pies, which will then be frozen.
The first stage starts from delivering potatoes to the production facility up to one month, which are then cleaned and peeled. Afterward, the cleaned potatoes are sliced and boiled; after boiling, the slices are chilled and prepared for storage.
The second stage starts with salmon preparation. First, lemon juice and salt are added to the fresh salmon; after that, the salmon is sent to the steam oven. Then, workers remove the skins and bones, and another worker inspects the salmon. Finally, potato slices, prepared peas, and sauce are included in microwavable containers with the salmon. In the third stage, the containers are wrapped and frozen. Then, the pies are ready for delivery to stores, which takes around 12 hours.
