The diagram depicts the process of producing bricks for building manufacturing. Overall, the procedure can be divided into two distinct stages: making bricks and heating. Some special equipment needs to be produced; bricks, clay, water, and soil are used as raw materials.
In the first stage, clay is turned into bricks with the help of devices. First, the digger selects clay on the ground. Then the clay and crushed mixture are clarified through a metal grid to ensure that only high-quality clay remains. Once rolled out, the clay is then combined with water and sand. Next, a wire cutter slices the mixture perfectly into bricks, or molds are utilized to create the shape of the bricks.
Turning to the second stage, the bricks are placed in a drying oven for approximately 24–48 hours. To begin, the bricks are organized in a kiln at a moderate temperature (200°C–980°C). Moreover, the temperature rises to higher levels, from 870 °C to 1300 °C. And lastly, the bricks are transferred to a cooling chamber and maintained there for 48–72 hours. Finally, the bricks are packaged and delivered to the customers in a container .
