The diagram has shown about the processes that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry. Generally, there are seven stages in the process, starting from digging up of clay and ended by delivery.
In the processes of manufacture bricks, it’s a long process to do. Somehow it started by using an escalator as a digger to dig out clay and delivered it on a metal grid on a roller that it has to be combine with sand and water. However, there are two options that can be processing for it to turn out to be bricks. Whether you can put the sand and water consistency in a mould or put in a wire cutter. After that, the processes continued by having all the bricks in a drying oven between an hour of 24hours to 48hours which is two exact days. On the other hand, it has to be sent through to a kiln that moderate in a temperature of 200celsius to 980Celsius and somehow the temperature requires to go higher of 870celsiuys to 1300Celsius for the bricks to be turned solid. Moreover, the few last steps that needed for it to be complete is to left the bricks in a cooling chamber for about 48hours to 72hours, which is 3 days. Lastly, the bricks are now ready for packaging and delivery for the building industry.
In conclusion, the processes of manufactured bricks would take about 5 valid steps for producing the outcomes.
