First, the digger is dig clay and then put it on the metal grid for extract, the small clay is fallen into the roller. After that they are added sand and water and mixed with clay. Then put the mixed clay to mould to got a brick shape or used a wire cut.
The bricks are goes into the drying oven for 24-48 hours. Then transfer the bricks to kiln, the kiln need to have the temperature around 200 -980 Celsius then gradually increased to 870-1300 Celsius. After finished transfer the bricks from kiln to cooling chamber and waited for 48-72 hours. The next process is packed the bricks prepare for delivered in the last step
