The map demonstrates the changing of Liverton docks from 1980 until now.
Overall, it can be seen that most of the ships are removed and more buildings used for living and entertainment are constructed, surrounding the dorks.
In 1980, there were two warehouses at the North, with crane between them; however, at the present, those storerooms are converted into education centre and kid’s playing area from left to right. Crane has experienced almost the same by being replaced by sailing club. Moreover, most of the ships were removed and turned into ship museum. At the right hand side, there was no bridge and flood barrier before, but now, these are built.
After that, crane at the opposite dock has been removed and the old destination is now a hotel; then, new apartments were transformed in an area which used to have warehouse there. Finally, parking space is the additional building, which putting next to the apartments and the river walk is put at the top of the three kinds construction.
