Overall, a comparison of two map reveals a complete transformation from rural area to a urban area in Liverton docks city.

In the year 1980, the town was less crowded without any residental and commercial structure except ware house but after that, the town witnessed significant changes. The most noticeable is that the warehouse and crane in south of river were demolished to established the one hotel, two apartmants and the parking area. Moreover, the river walk is also constructed along the south bank of river till the bridge.

In the north of river, the numbers of ware house and a crane were knocked down and the education center, sailing club and kids playing zone sprang up along north coast of river. Further, the number of ship seemed decline and the ship museum is built in front of education center in the river. Beside this, the flood barrier and the bridge is also introduced in the upstream of river in Liveston docks town.
