The two diagrams describe the alteration of the buildings in Liver ton harbor from 1980 to the present day. It is obvious that nearly all the aged buildings are replaced by new converted apartments plus the innovative things which is the bridge across the river and flood barrier are constructed.
When the two diagrams are compared to each other, warehouses and crane from both sites of waterfront are removed, being substituted with education center (2) on the north side of the dock. Besides that, to the east of it, sailing club (1) and kid’s playing area are located. Moreover, the ships within the quay are removed and relocated as ship museum, directly south of education center.
On the other area of the docks, the river walk is closely set up at the north of three converted buildings in the place of warehouse and crane. In front of that, hotel(1) is built on the west of apartments (2), amid the hotel and parking.
