Overall, it is evident that the docks have been modernized significantly with the addition of many new infrastructure for residential purposes. Additionally, three cranes on the river bank have been eliminated, facilitating the construction of new blocks.
Concerning Liverton docks in 1980, two warehouses were situated to the north of the river bank, and another was located in the south. Moreover, there were three cranes on either side of the river, along with many ships driven along the coast.
Currently, to the north of the docks, a series of warehouses have been converted into an educational center and a children’s playground, with a new sailing club being erected in the middle of the two blocks. Notably, to the south, the warehouse has been reconstructed into an apartment, along with the building of a new hotel and parking lot. A new path has been set up alongside the river bank, and a new bridge across the river has been constructed for residents, followed by the replacement of ship museums.
