The given diagram provides information about the method which is applied to produce casting for production lead.
Overall, this is a man-made liner process which starts with mining the rock and ends with casting. There are eight main stages in this process and it allows rock to become new casting.
In the first steps, the rock is contained lead and oth metal by mining the rock and then transfered in the factory by lorry. After that, it is passed through a crushing with water, where large pieces are broken into small particles. Following this, the lead pass the next steps, where it is mixed by the water and pine oil in the tank.
In addition, the mixing lead is processed in the fliter room for flitering, then refining this lead by heating in the 1400C temperature for melting. Afterwards, when the lead and other metals is melted and the waste gas is emitted then it passed for separating by the kettle. Finally, this other metals which is wasted, it is dry and made a casting.
