The diagram displays the admission procedure of high school graduates to university. The process starts by the completion of secondary education and ends by beginning the university program, which includes about 6-9 steps that depends on the results.
In order to apply for the university program, students need to ensure their graduation from secondary education level. Once it has been done, they can start filling out the application form through an online platform which is subsequently sent to the administration team. From this step, there are three different outcomes; either a conditional offer, additional requirement of supporting documents, or a rejection.
On one hand, in case of a rejection, students can either cancel their application or register to an alternative course, which will undergo the same application process. On the other hand, if a supporting documentation is mandated, students are given 2 week to compile the files and submit it to the administrator.
After a conditional offer has been released, students are given 2 weeks to accept and enroll. Next, students proceed to the degree subject selection and final registration state before finally beginning their university degree.
