The diagram illustrates the steps involved in the procedure of manufacturing coffee and preparation for sale in retail marketplaces.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is noticeable that there are a total of 11 steps in the entire process, commencing with the harvest of coffee beans and culminating with the packing stage.
To begin with, coffee beans are collected carefully by hand and let dry under the sun for a few days. This is followed by roasting the beans and cooling rapidly. Once the cooling step has been completed, a grinder machine is used to crush beans.
The process proceeds with a mixture of hot water and then the mixture is strained carefully. In the subsequent step, it is frozen in the freezer at a low temperature before grinding again. Entering a process of drying in vacuum in order to all the left liquid evaporate. The final products are packed into jars to get ready for sale.
