The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing of coffee powder in United Kingdom. Overall, the manufacturing of coffee starts from the plantation phase to making coffee beans edible for humans.
The coffee beans are handpicked by the farmer which is then kept under sunlight for removing the moisture content. This process is followed by roasting of beam at a preferred temperature and them immediately allowed to cool. After these processes, the beans are grinded precisely to a fine texture.
The grinded beans are then mixed with hot water for some time and then strained separately with the help of strainer for removing the water. The mix is then been allowed to freeze in a suitable temperature. From this process, the frozen mix which is in liquid form is been grinded into fine product. Further process includes removal of moisture content from the fine product with the help of vacuum for better quality. Finally, the powder is stored and packed in jars for human consumption.
