Overall, manufacturing leather things is a man made process which start from dealing with animal skins, progress through several stages like washing, soaking and polishing and finish with creating variety leather goods.
The process initiates with drying animal skins and transition them to the special factory. On this plant skins go through plenty sequence stage. Firstly, they are washed in the solution from water and lime. Secondly, skins are soaked with lime. Thirdly, they are flattened by the machinery. And finally, skins are soaked again in the mixed of water and vegetable matter in order to tannin them.
After all, skins are move on to the final stage. They are polished and prepared for creating leather things. For this step, pieces of leather are transported to the different types of manufactures where wide range of goods are made from leather.
