The first step is that the animal skin is spread out in the sun to be dried. Afterwards, dried skin is transported to the factory by lorry. In the manufacture skin is washed in cleaning solution, which consist of lime and water. Once it has been washed, material is soaking lime juice.
In the last six stages, once the skin absorbed citrus juice, it is put through a flattering process. At this point, material is gone through container filled with tannin. When it has soaked water and vegetable matter, it is polished using special equipment with roller.
The final steps include transportation to the factory specialized on producing lether products, where material is processed and turns into bags, shoes and sports equipment.
