A glance at the diagram depicts the process by which leather bags are made.
It is apparent from the information provided that there are 10 phases included, commencing with animals’ skins being delivered to the factories, and culminating with bringing round ready bags and other items like shoes to fashion shops.
The process begins when the animals’ skin are dried in the air, and after that delivered to the factories by the truck. Later on, leather is put into the water with lime in order to get rid of dirt. Soon afterwards, dehaired leather laid into another container with lime for some time in order to soak. Then, the macerated leather goes through a special machine which flattens it, and makes it smooth.
Following this, leather passes through one more stage of soaking in tannin ( water full of vegetable matter). As soon as it dries, it goes through polishing equipment. The next step, the leather is being transferred to another factory by truck, where it is ready to be made into bags, shoes, and other sports equipment. Finally, the leather goods are filled and packaged for distribution to various locations.
