Overall, both power banks are quite similar in size, but not in shape. Also, there was a lack of labeling and precautions on the unsafe power bank, and the port locations of both the power banks are conradict to each other.
On the one hand, the safer power bank casing was made through flame-resistant materials with a brand-name marked on its packaging. Moreover, it contains the Li-ion battery along with a protection circuit module. Finally, an input and an output port location in front of the bottom of the power bank.
On the other hand, the unsafe power bank body was made up of a simple circuit board, also, there was no sign of brand marking on it. In addition to this, its battery cell has no name, in the last, the input and the output positions are compelety different from safe power bank
