Overall, te bricks manufacturing envolve seven stages, starting with clay digging, and end with packaging and delievery.

Initially clay is digging from groung by mechanical digger. The roll machine transports this into metal grid. Where it is broking into small fragments, into conveyor belt. Following this, the clay mixed with water and sand, and forming into bricks. The shapping is done either by cutting this substance or by pressing this mixture into mould.

On the next stage this bricks placed to drying oven for 24 – 48 hours. Then this bricks transporting to kiln where bricks fired by 200 – 980 degrees C, ant then at the much bigger temperature from 870 – 1300 degrees C. Then all this bricks going to cooling chamber for 48 – 72 hours. And it ended with packaging and delivering this bricks.
