Overall, it can be seen that the design of American office had more utilities with conference rooms, storage and copy room. While Japanese office just have one place for windows, American one had two.
Regarding section manager and deparment manager, they were arranged in parallel with each other in American office. In contrast, the department manager in Japanese office was on the top of the layout behind the windows and in front of two section manger in each side. While, the seating areas of American office was placed in the middle of the layout, that pf Japanese office was spotted in front of each section manager.
