The illustrations below provide us with current information about the location of the Eiffel Tower and, additionally, give us hope for its further development by providing us with the picture of an expanded underground.
First of all, the Eiffel Tower is situated in the capital of France, in Paris. It stands near the bank of the Seine River, which, besides it, is one of the biggest rivers in France, on which Paris was historically based. The Tower is placed amidst other eminent sights, such as the Musee du Louvre or the Jardin du Luxembourg. The brief characteristics of the Eiffel Tower include: height: 324 m, height of the first and the second platform, accordingly, 57 m and 115 m, and the weight of the metal structure: 10,100 tons. Furthermore, there are 1,665 steps between the first and the second viewing platforms.
The five-level underground is going to be built right under the Eiffel Tower. The two lowest levels will be occupied by parking. Then, the next two floors will be filled with entertainment, for instance, cinema, museum, and restaurants. Finally, the ticket office, which provides you with access to the Tower, will be located on the first level. In addition, there will be 2 lifts in order to transfer people to certain floors.
