The pie chart provides data on how people in Edmonton transport in different ways percentage-wise.
Overall, transporting by car made up the most percentage compare to bus and taxi which took up the least space in the pie chart.
We can clearly see from the chart that almost half of the population in Edmonton prefer using car in their daily paths which make cars the most popular transportation. Another way of transporting like LRT is also common with the percentage of 35% or around one third of all transportation. On the other hand, less people choose bus and taxi which are both accounted for 10% in the pie chart.
In addition, the table also gives information about different reasons why people use their cars. Commuting to work con be observed as the main factor by 55%. Cars are also used to take their kids to school and for business purposes. Meanwhile, few people use their car for leisure activities or shopping ,which are both 15%.
