Image for topic: The diagrams below show how floods happen in a village and give two solutions to deal with them. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image contains three maps depicting flooding and two flood management solutions. The first map indicates flooding along River A and River B, affecting an industrial park, residential areas, and commercial buildings. The second map illustrates "Solution 1: Relocation" of the industrial park and commercial buildings to areas apparently less affected by flooding, with an "Advantage: Environmental protection" and a "Disadvantage: High cost." The residential area remains in the flood zone. The third map shows "Solution 2: Dam" involving the construction of a dam and a reservoir on River A to manage flooding, listing "Advantage: Low cost" and "Disadvantage: Affect land." The newly constructed dam appears to protect the industrial park, commercial buildings, and residential area from flooding originally shown on River B. The maps are oriented with north at the top as indicated in the first map.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

the map below represents river A, which causes floods in village. As a water level rises; indstrial park, residential area and commercial buildings suffer from it which causes significant losses and discontent among the local population.

For this reason, civil engineers suggested two soltions of the problem of flooding. First, relocation of objects. Objects that located at the north have to be replaced to norther areas, whereas, commercial objects at south would be located souther. Such actions will move the objects towards a narrower riverbed, which will eliminate the risk of flooding. Unfortunately, this solution will require significant expenses due to the high cost of implementation

Second, installing water reservoirs and dams. In the case of floodings, excess volumes of water will flow into reservoirs, thereby preventing the destruction of buildings. Also, comparing with the first solution, second one is relatively much cheaper. However, it may cause affects in landscape, which lead to changes in entire ecosystem.

As a result, two solutions represented by engineers have their own advantages and disadvantages, but, the first solution can guarantee safety to both the population and the landscape, which is why it seems preferable, despite its high cost
