Overall, the process of the life cycle of a lady bird comprises 4 main stages which begin with a laying eggs and end with complete adult lady bird and anatomy of a lady bird.

In larval stage, around 21 day it is change into a pupal stage, in that stage it eats leaf and stay there around 7 days. Finally it is fully emergence in adults ladybird.
