Salmons life cycle start from eggs. Eggs were laid by mother salmons and it laid under the small stones , which are located under the reeds. In the upper river water moving slowly and reeds too. Appronimately 5-6 months took to catch the eggs and comming fries. Fries are usually small as 3-8 cm long. After, the fries are lives in upper river. Then the fries become as smolt, which is 12-15 cm long, they live in fast flowing lower river. Smolts live for approximately 4 years in the lower river. In the final stage adult salmons go to the sea and they live there approximately 5 years. Finally they go to river and lay eggs and the life cycle will iterate again.

Over all salmons are born from eggs and live 5-6 months in upper river then, in molt period they live in lower river for 4 years, after the adult salmons go to sea and live there.finally come again to river to iterate the life cycle.
