The diGRm gives us information about the Life cycle of a silkworm and when the production of silk cloth have to start.
Overall, it is evident that the life cycle of a silkworn starts from eggs. After 4-6 weeks a larva produces silk thread. Moving forward, after 3-6 days, it becomes a cocoon.
The production of a silk cloth starts from selection of cocoon, which added into the water until it starts boiling. Then unwind the thread from it snd that’s about 300-900m long. Moreover, the twist becomes when it goes for the dye in any color of your choice. The last stage come when the thread starts weave.
In contrast, production of a thread is impossible without silkworms. The quality of thread depends on the health and size of the worms.
