The second bar chart compares the birth and death rates between 1700 to 2000. In the years 1700-1800 the birth rates were highly increased upto 23 millions while the death rates in the same years were increased 17 millions approximately. In the 1900 the birth rates fell down to 15 millions, while the death rates decreases to 7 millions approximately.
In the year 2000 the birth rates slightly decreases more to 10 millions and the death rates also decreases upto 5 millions.
