The given illustration depicts the process in which coloured plastic paper clips are manufactured in a small factory.
Overall, it is noteworthy that there are four main stages which are involved in the process, from controlling the molten plastic quality by a machine-check for strength to packing and sending them.
The process commences when the molten plastic which is based on its colour to divide and pour into distinct moulds, namely red, blue and yellow mould, goes through the machine-check for controlling the quality. During this stage, unsuitable ones are rejected. Once this stage is completed, these clips are sorted by hand and categorized into two main groups which are mixed colours and single colours.
Over the course of the third step, the groups are evaluated and checked thoroughly again in order to make sure that these clips are sorted into correct groups. The process ends when the paper clips are packed and sent away.
