Task Response

The report effectively addresses the task by highlighting the key transformations between the two years, such as the removal of the mountains and the increase in housing. An overview is provided, which helps in understanding the general trend of development. To improve, ensure more precise data integration; for instance, specifying the exact number of houses or trees would strengthen the comparison. Additionally, pay attention to grammatical accuracy, particularly regarding verb forms (e.g., 'were built' instead of 'were build') and spelling (e.g., 'removal' instead of 'removement'). The report falls short of the required 150 words.

Coherence & Cohesion

The report follows a logical structure, moving from an overview to specific details for each year. However, the progression between sentences could be smoother. To improve, use a wider variety of cohesive devices and transition signals (e.g., 'In contrast,' 'Furthermore,' or 'Regarding the changes in...') to link ideas more naturally rather than relying on simple sentence structures.

Lexical Resource

The vocabulary is sufficient to convey the main ideas, but there are several errors in word formation and usage (e.g., 'removement' instead of 'removal' and 'households' instead of 'houses'). There is also some repetition of words like 'ancient.' To reach a higher band, aim for more precise academic vocabulary and ensure that word forms (nouns, verbs, adjectives) are used correctly.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

The report uses a mix of simple and complex structures, but grammatical errors are frequent and occasionally impede clarity. Specifically, there are issues with passive voice construction (e.g., 'were build' instead of 'were built') and article usage (e.g., 'Big temple' instead of 'A big temple'). Focus on mastering past participle forms and the correct use of definite and indefinite articles to improve accuracy.
