The illustrations depict how the historic site next to the sea changed over a decade between 2004 and 2014. Overall, the area has underwent significant changes, and became more accessible and convenient for visitors with the addition of new household area, and public toilet.
In 2004, the site was mainly occupied by natural features. Two ancient houses featured under the two big mountains at the left corner of the field. Whereas, a big ancient temple was located close to the coastline. On the left-hand side of the map, there was the land filled with trees.
By 2014, a big changes have been made at the site, making the area more tourism-oriented. One major change is the mountain removal, and converting this area into the field for 8 ancient houses. The land area was reduced and a part of this land was used for the construction of the ancient stadium. The ancient palace was built right next to the temple. The new public toilet was situated between the ancient stadium and ancient residential area.
