The bar graph illustrate the changes in the reservoirs water level of six cities of Australia in October 2009 and October 2010.

Overall, most of the cities experienced a general increase in the rate of the water in reservoirs except for Perth and Sydney.

To begin with, Brisbane had the highest level of water in reservoirs, 80% in October 2009 and more than 90% in October 2010. Melbourne experienced the highest surge in reservoir water level, which rose from approximately 65% in October 2009 to reach 90% in October 2010, representing a 25% increase. Similarly, Canberra’s and Darwin’s reservoir water level also increased, from around 72% and 70% in October 2009 to approximately 82% and 80% in October 2010, respectively.

In contrast, Perth’s water reservoir rate fell from 55% in October 2009 to 35% in October 2010. The water level in Sydney’s reservoirs remained the same in both periods, at approximately 55%
