Overall, it is clear that the proportion of consumption in Middle East and China was the same, while in Europe and USA was highest consumption. In contrast, USA showed the best result.
In 1965, Middle East and China was at the same level at approximately 2 million barrel per day. However until end of the period the consumption of Middle East experienced a steadily increase, reaching at nearly 8 million barrel per day, while the consumption in China saw a rapid growth, reaching at around 13 millions barrel per day.
Oil consumption in Europe was the most affordable at the beginning of the period. However at the end it declined to nearly 10 million barrel per day. In USA oil consumption showed the best stats. Until 1975 it experienced a sharp rise, but from 1975 it started to increase slowly until 2005. From 2005 to the end of the period oil consumption in USA was increase, and reached at approximately 19 million barrel per day
