The line graph illustrates the sales numbers of the most preferred products of a bakery in 2014. There are three lines, each representing a product (bread, buns and pies).
Overall, total sales of the bakery starts around $130.000 and reaches $150.000 at the end of December. Bread has the highest sales at the beginning but buns take over the first spot for 7 months starting from March. After October, bread stays at the top of the list again and at the end of the year pies manage to beat buns in sales.
Bread sales goes very good with $80.000 but fails to keep the numbers there and decreases around $25.000 in one month. From that point, it fluctuates between approximately $60.000 and $40.000. At the end of October, it manages to start an upward trend and finishes the year with $80.000 again.
Initially, buns have a sales of $40.000. For 4 months, the sales increase steadily and stops at $70.000 by May. It stays there for 4 months without any changes. After August, its sales experience a fall to $30.000, ending up at the last spot.
Pies begin with $10.000 sales and double the sales at the end of August. The revenue stays the same for 3 months. After that point, pie sales increase by $10.000 each month, reaching up to $40.000 in the end.
