The line graph give the information about average carbon dioxide emissions for each person. There are four different lines in four different countries. The graph recorded the data of average carbon dioxide emissions per person from 1967 to 2007.
According to the graph, United Kingdom’s graph was kept staying on the top for 40 years. It started at 11 in 1967 and falling down slowy, in the end of 2007 it stood at 8.5. Let move to the Protugal’s line, it was the lowest one in 1967, about 1. And then it started to raising in 1987 it got to 3. In the end of 1987 it increased the spread of growing and kept growing and kept growing at the same speed for 10 years, when the year came to 1997 it came slowly and grew to 5 for ten years in 2007. It got to the same point with Sweden in 2007.
The line of Sweden and the line of Italy which are unstable as for the graph. For the total trend Sweden show downward and Italy show upward. In 1967, Sweden started 8.5 and increasing for one decade. It got to the highest point in 1977 and then it plunged down which decreased in a very high speed. In the end of 2007 it stood at 5.5. As for Italy, it is only upward line in this graph, it started at 4.5 in 1967. For first decade it rose in a high speed in 1977 it got to 6.5. To start with 1977 it came slow and met the line of Sweden in about 1990 at 7. In the end of 1997 it stop to growing and kept staying in 7.5.
In conclusion, in this graph there are three downward trend and one downward trend. The lines of Sweden and Italy are more unstable than the line of UK and Portugal. Most of the countries in this graph the average of carbon dioxide emissions per person show the downward trend.
