The provided line graph illustrates the tendency in air pollution caused by numbers of factors as householding, transportation means, industrial objects and summarized indicators in the UK from 1990 to 2005.
Overall, the level of total pollution and that which caused by industry swiftly declined over the period, otherwise households and transport impacts remained stable low.
The figure of summarized pollution was extremely hight and reached near 70 mln tonnes in 1990 before became almost plateaued from 1998 to 2002 and then declined until point of approximately 3,5 tonnes in 2005. It is partially the same as industries’ affect which start to rapidly drop in from 1993 to 1996 and gradually declined until 2 mln tonnes to 2005.
The reverse is the case with amount of pollution from transportation, which was nearly unchanged during 15 years about the same as households with slight difference in slump about 1996 with following rice to 1 mln tonnes in 1999.
