Overall, Reader’s corner and Book buffs stores sales decreased with some fluctuations, whereas Libromania remained stable with some fluctuations. Libromania records largest share between 2002 and 2005, in 2001 both Libromania and Reader’s Corner had largest share.
In 2001, Libromania and Book Buffs accounted for approximately 17%, while Reader’s Corner was around 11%. In 2002 percentage of Reader’s Corner decreased to 10%, whereas Libromania and Book Buffs book stores rose to roughly 22% and 18% respectively. In 2003, Libromania and Book Buffs increased again and reach to approximately 24% and 22% respectively, whereas Reader’s Corner decreased to 7%.
In 2004 all there Book Stores sales fell sharply. Proportion of Libromania and Book Buffs constituted 18% and 14% respectively, while Reader’s Corner accounted for 6%. In 2005 Reader’s Corner increased and reach to about 8%, whereas Libromania and Book Buffs decreased to approximately 17% and 11% respectively.
