Overall, the price of palladium is increased throughout the time period while the cost of Platinum is gradually decreased. In price of Gold, it experienced fluctuations followed by steady increase in the final two years.
The price of Palladium commenced at around $750 in 2013 and fluctuates between $750 to $950 until 2017 the demonstrated a big increase reaching its peak over $2300 in the final year. Platinum started as the highest price among the three metals of $1500 in 2013 but it continued to decreased through the following years reaching around $900 as it’s lowest dip in the nine years study.
Similar to Palladium, Gold have also steadily increase in the whole time period. It started at under $1400 in 2013 and took a dip in 2015 as its lowest price, and it started increasing in between 2016 and 2019. It plateaued at approximately $1750 in final two years.
