Overall, all of products have faced with downward trends over the period, only low-fast threads rose up dramatically.
In 1986, butter was on top, started from nearly 150 grams, increased to 20 grams. While consumption of margarine rate was between 80 and 100 grams, following years, butter production has started falling down steadily during the given period until 2007, approximately 50 grams at the end.
Meanwhile, consumption of threads rate rose for margarine in the following decade at 100 grams. However, next on the decade, sales of margarine decreased sharply at 40 grams. While fat-reduced production started from about 20 grams in 1996 and increased 4 times after 5 years at the end, this rate looked nearly unchanged.
