The given graph illustrates how the use of various types of meat has changed over the period 1979 to 2004 in a European country per week.It can be clearly seen that all types of meat like chicken, beef and lamb fluctuated dramatically while consumption of fish did not changed a lot.
To begin with, the amount of chicken usage was just below 150 grams in 1979 then gradually raised to approximately 250 grams in 2004 which was the peak of it and the highest amount in all kinds.
To take a closer look, there are some similarities between the usage of red meats (beef and lamb). Beef rate started at over 200 in 1979 and after a climb to about 250 grams in 1984,it significantly continued to drop at almost the low of 100 grams in 2004.Likewise, lamb usage was roughly 150 in 1979,however,noticeably decreased to above 50 grams in the year 2004.The lowest level belongs to fish which steadily fluctuated from 1979 to 2004 at range of 50 grams.
