The graph gives the information about how fish and different kinds of meat were consumered by people in a European country from 1979 to 2004.
Overall, only one chicken’s meat consumption experienced a clear rising trend, while consumption of other figures varied between relative stability and falling trends.
With regards to beef and lamb consumption saw considerable decrease within a lot of fluctuations. Especially, the beef was consumered to start at 200grams by per person every week in 1979. Similarly, consumption of lamb stood at 150 grams at the beginning of the period. But then, they saw more variation over the 25years. Consequently, they went down substantially ( about 110 and 60grams respectively), although some increases was noticed.
As for consumption of fish, started at 55 grams for every person in 1979, after which, it remained almost stable during a period. Finally, fish was consumered just around 47grams per person every week in 2004.
With respect to chicken consumption figure, increased rapidly ( from 150 to 250 grams per person per week) and became a leader among the others throughout the period from 1994 to 2004.
