Looking at the chart in more detail, the proportion in consume of chicken in a European country was just under 150 in 1979 and it rose to 200 in the next 10 years. Then that line continues grew to 250 from that time to 2004. The consumptiom of fish was 60 grams per person per week. The figure slowly went down to under 50 grams in next subsequent timelines.
Turning to the remaining the data set, the line for beef was 210 grams and increased to near 250 grams from 1979 to 1984. The figure quickly went down to more than 100 grams per person per week in the followinga 20 years. While the proportion of lamb in European country significantly fell from 150 grams to 100 grams during 1979 to 1989. And then that number slightly decreased to hafl of 100 grams between 1989 and 2004.
