The given line graph illustrates the consumption of 4 different kinds of meat in a European country from 1979-2004. It is showed that many people consumed Chicken in highest amount about more than 250 grams whereas Fish in lower amount about less than 50 grams per person per week in 2004.
In the starting, Beef was the most taken meat but it gradually began to decrease. In addition, similar was the case with Lamb. It was taken in amount of 150 grams in 1979 but it came down to less than 100 grams. Less people were there who consumed Fish. In 1989, people consumed equal amount of Lamb and Chicken. After that, Beef rose down and Chicken rose up.
There was a slight drop in Fish as neither consumed more or less. In 2004, it was consumed about 50 grams which couldn’t increase even up to 100 grams. Chicken became the most popular source of meat as it was consumed in higher amount about 250 grams.
