According to the line graph, the amount of electricity usage is between 30000 and 50000 units during winter. Between 0 and 3, it increases gradually from 35000 to 40000. Then it declines to approximately 30000 at 8. The electricity usage starts an exponential rise to reach a peak of 48000 at 22. Ultimately, it experiences a significant drop to less than 35000 unit at 24.

Based on pie chart, more than 52% of the electricity usage is spent in order to heat the rooms and water, which is the major part of the portion compared to other expenditures.
