In Nigeria, 60% of youngsters spend their time playing computer games, while 50% of young children in both Malaysia and Sudan engage in the same activity. Reading is not as popular as other activities in all four countries. In China, approximately 15% of young children read books, magazines, etc., compared to their peers in Nigeria and Sudan, where only 10% of children devote time to reading.
In all four countries, 30% of youngsters watch television. In both China and Malaysia, about 25% of youngsters play board games, which is less than 5% of those in Sudan. In Nigeria, the percentage of children playing computer games is 20% higher than in China.
