In 2009, Mexico and the USA had their percentages climb to 40% and 80% respectively.
By the end of the period, Canada’s internet users peaked at nearly 80%. The lines representing the USA and Canada show a parallel upward trend throughout the years, while Mexico consistently had the lowest percentage of internet users among the three countries.
